Welcome to Zawia Designuz. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the provision of creative, design, digital, marketing, and related services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
01 — ABOUT OUR SERVICES
Zawia Designuz provides professional creative and digital services including: Brand Identity, Logo Design, Graphic Design, Social Media, Video Editing, Motion Graphics, UI/UX Design, Web Design & Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Content & Copywriting, Packaging Design, and AI Solutions.
02 — PROJECT AGREEMENT
Before beginning a project, the agreed scope establishes deliverables, timeline, concepts, revision terms, formats, and payment terms. Work requested outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation.
03 — PROJECT START & PAYMENTS
A project begins after project confirmation and agreed initial payment. For applicable projects, our standard policy is 70% Advance Payment Before Work Begins with the remaining balance payable per schedule.
04 — REVISIONS
The number of revisions included depends on the agreed quotation. Revision requests should remain reasonably related to the approved project direction.
05 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Ownership and usage rights for final approved deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. Zawia Designuz retains ownership of unused concepts, preliminary sketches, and working files unless otherwise agreed in writing.
06 — AI & CREATIVE TECHNOLOGY
Zawia Designuz may use AI-powered tools to support ideation, exploration, and efficiency. Human creative direction, typography, design judgment, and quality control remain central to our work.
07 — PORTFOLIO & MARKETING USE
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Zawia Designuz may display completed client work in our portfolio, website, social media, presentations, and case studies.
08 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We provide professional creative and digital services to agreed standards. To the extent permitted by law, Zawia Designuz will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
